DCNR Hearing: revised State Forest Management Plan
The Pennsylvania Dept. of Conservation and Natural Resources (DCNR) is holding hearings on its proposed State Forest Resource Management Plan. DCNR's summary says that the plan "reflects the executive order moratorium on oil and gas leasing on state forest lands."
